How to:
Roast your own Pumpkin Seeds...

Am i lateno way...you wont think so either when you start smelling them in your kitchen!

What are you doing with all those guts after you carved your pumpkin.  I'm all about taking every spec of something I have and putting it to good use.  So take those guts and seeds and make a delightful treat!

How to Roast Your Own (SWEET) Treat...

Step 1: Take insides of the pumpkin and separate the guts from the seeds

Step 2:  Lightly rinse seeds from gooey-ness

Step 3:  Spray pan with a little olive-oil spray and spread the seeds about

Step 4:  Spinkle with brown sugar, nutmeg, ground ginger, all spice, and cinnamon

Step 5:  Place in preheated oven (400 degrees for about 15 minutes) and VOILA!
